Faye Penfold

Before joining Mount Stuart, Faye established and ran a business providing outsourced PA services to St. James's Place. She then sold the business and created a management consultancy business supporting St. James's Place Partners in operational efficiency. Her skills have helped to fine-tune the Mount Stuart offering, making the operations even more efficient and client-focused.

At Mount Stuart, Faye is responsible for the general running of the business and oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including business planning and implementation, workflow management and marketing. In her spare time, Faye enjoys spending time with her four children and keeping fit.
